An Important Message for our Customers

SUPPLY RELIABILITY | In light of the recent developments around COVID-19 in South Australia, we felt it important to assure you that we will try every endeavour to ensure there will be NO major interruptions or delays to the supply of our furniture. Our top priority is the well-being of our employees, customers and communities.

As a result of the recent South Australian Government announcement, we must temporarily close our Factory and Showrooms. We will continue to monitor the situation and will advise clients awaiting deliveries once we re-open.

The good news is that because our timber furniture is handcrafted right here in South Australia, when we do re-open, rest assured there will be no shipping delays! Normal lead times will apply for our custom-made bespoke furniture.
Plus, we keep substantial stock of most Stressless recliners & Outdoor Furniture collections here in Australia & there are many customer orders and stock arriving each week. So once again, there are minimal shipping delays. Additionally, these brands have no exposure to Chinese manufacture.
